Matt Mayfield began his career as an Electrical Engineer and has gradually specialized in the less technical side of offering development and sales management. His background is very broad including experience in satellite communications, public sector telecommunications, electro optics, industrial (x-ray) measurement and control, IT software for infrastructure, as well as vitamins and supplements. Mr. Mayfield has built or enlarged business initiatives in North America, Asia, and Western Europe for major companies such as Datalab, Hermes Softlab-Comtrade, Outbrain, Honeywell, Lohika-CapGemeni., Outbrain, and Code Climate. He has played a leading role in several successful international, multi-million euro business transactions including: corporate acquisition due diligence and joint venture negotiations as well as led ongoing product strategy, VP-Sales, Sales Operations and other executive level positions.
He is an active and a former board member in companies focused on manufacturing, SaaS software, and ERP. He is also an advisor and mentor for a number of smaller startups. Matt is also also a co-founder and principle in Vienna based, DACH focused outbound lead generation Agency BizXpand.
